Product Description
NATURE series is formulated pure vegetable oil and its derivatives which completely replace the mineral oil part in conventional offset inks, significantly enhancing the eco-friendly properties such as renewable materials and zero VOC emissions. Can be used on coated paper, matte art paper, offset paper, cardboard, and other types of paper. Suitable for products with high requirements regarding EU and French mineral oil regulations, Swiss Ordinance, Nestlé packaging ink guidelines, pure plant-based ingredients, and VOCs.
*Note: This printing ink series is formulated mineral oil free, but is not of the "low-migration" type. It is not recommended for the manufacture of food packaging.

1. Viscosity (Pa·s): Measured using a Laray viscometer under ambient conditions of 25°C.
2. Drying Time: Determined using a rotary-type drying tester made in Japan, under conditions of 25±2°C temperature, 50±20% humidity, on white base white cardboard, with an application amount of 0.05cc/96cm².
3. Set Time: Measured using an automatic set-time tester made in Japan, under conditions of 25±2°C temperature, 50±20% humidity, on white base white cardboard, with an application amount of 0.05cc/96cm².
4. Abrasion Resistance: Evaluated using a Gakushin-type abrasion tester (500g weight / 10 back-and-forth strokes) after proofing, on white base white cardboard, with an application amount of 0.05cc/210cm².

5. Fineness: Measured using a double-groove fineness gauge ranging from 0 to 25μm.
