Eco-friendly cold-set web offset ink, featuring extremely fast setting speed to meet the demands of high-speed printing. The product offers vibrant gloss, clear dot reproduction, excellent drying performance, and superior rub resistance during printing.

  1. Tack: It refers to the resistance of the ink thin - layer to being pulled apart between two contact surfaces. It is measured by an Ink - O - Meter tack tester at 30°C and a rotational speed of 400 r.p.m.
  2. Fluidity: The data is measured by a parallel - plate viscometer produced by Nippon Rheology Co., Ltd. under the environmental condition of 25°C.
  3. Viscosity: The data is measured by a Laray viscometer under the environmental condition of 25°C.
  4. Abrasion resistance: After sample - making, it is measured by a Xueyuan - type abrasion tester (500g weight / 10 times back - and - forth). [Compared with general inks] Judgment: 1 (poor) - 3 (standard) - 5 (excellent)
  5. Fineness: Measured by a fineness scraping gauge at room temperature.
